Weekend project

This weekend we finished a project that I've been putting off for over a year. I just couldn't decide on what pictures to enlarge & put in the frames. We finally picked the pictures and all of our immediate family are represented.

PS. If you don't like your picture . . . TOUGH! I didn't get one single answer to my e-mail request for good pictures earlier this month. :)

Mutant flower

I noticed this weekend that one of my tulips is two-headed - it looks unusual and I don't think it was that way last year. Our plants are really starting to grow again - one of the great parts of living in Seattle is that you can overcome a black thumb.

Baseball weekend

This weekend, we had free tickets to a box at the Mariners game with Ben & Jessica. Once in a while, Ben's hospital lets the residents have their box tickets, so we reaped the benefits along with them.

The Mariners won . . . it rained . . . but we stayed dry. A fun weekend!

Friends

The highlight of March has been visiting with some out of town friends that we don't see often enough!

First, Brandy came to visit from Portland ... a dart champion as you can see.

Then, Eric & Alexis were here visiting from Michigan. We managed to steal them away from their families for a little while!

We're always happy to have visitors so come to Seattle!
