It's Hot in Seattle

We had record heat today - 98 degrees. It's rarely this warm here so few people have air conditioning. What's the best way to spend a hot night in Seattle . . . sailing, thanks to our friend Eric!!

It was a perfect night to go sailing - made complete by a great picnic (bratwurst & Sun Chips). It's hard to tell from the picture, but we're excited to see Eric & Sabrina's family grow in about a month! Hope that you're all staying cooler than us.

Looks like a fun event. However, i wondered where were your life jackets?

No worries, our life jackets were carefully tucked underneath our feet.

We've had crazy heat & humidity here. I guess that's expected in Florida, tho. Looks like you had a great time!

At least Brandon will be prepared for Montana in a couple of weeks. It's supposed to be hot, hot, hot here this weekend - yuck!!

It sure looks like fun. It will be 96 here tomorrow. The cousins will be staying indoors or at the pool. Jo-Mom

Brandon, you don't get sea sick sailing or is that the reason you were in the water? Aunti M
