Time marches on. It seems like just yesterday that I had a bald baby boy, and this week he had his FIRST haircut. I love every minute of it.
This is the "before" picture. It is worth noting that Perrie is in the phase of picking her own clothes. She ALWAYS picks dresses and tights - and some crazy combinations too. Skirts aren't good enough and don't you dare suggest pants...

To reminisce, Perrie waited until she was 2 yrs old for her first haircut -- though from the looks of this picture, she could have used one sooner! (Jan 2011)
